Launcher wiring is intentionally paused until the protected Cloudflare Access layer and final Apps Script handoff values are connected.
Why this lives here
Internal by design
- Lives in the protected portal because it depends on active student/project context.
- Will remain the preferred write path instead of asking people to edit JPM directly.
- Final launcher URL will be attached after Cloudflare Access and route handoff are finished.
